The cream combines five active ingredients that work through different mechanisms to provide comprehensive treatment:
  • Ketoconazole: A potent antifungal agent that stops the growth of fungi by disrupting their cell membranes.
  • Tolnaftate: Another antifungal agent effective against various skin infections like ringworm and athlete’s foot.
  • Neomycin Sulphate: A broad-spectrum antibiotic that kills bacteria by stopping their growth.
  • Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline: An antimicrobial agent with both antibacterial and antifungal properties to broaden the scope of treatment.
  • Clobetasol Propionate: A high-potency corticosteroid that reduces symptoms of inflammation, such as redness, swelling, and itching.
