Daxoderm-A7 IT is a broad-spectrum, multi-action topical cream used to treat various types of mixed skin infections. It is specifically designed to combat infections involving bacteria, fungi, and parasites, while also reducing the associated inflammation and discomfort.
Composition
This cream contains a combination of four active ingredients that work through different mechanisms:
  • Itraconazole (1% w/w): A potent antifungal that stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective cell membrane.
  • Ofloxacin (0.75% w/w): A broad-spectrum antibiotic that kills bacteria by interfering with their ability to replicate and repair themselves.
  • Ornidazole (2% w/w): An antimicrobial agent that targets and destroys the genetic material (DNA) of certain infectious microorganisms, including bacteria and parasites.
  • Clobetasol Propionate (0.05% w/w): A high-potency corticosteroid that reduces symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching by blocking certain chemical messengers in the body.

  • Inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and various types of dermatitis.
